    Published a ~2,500-word piece explaining the field schema a perp trader needs in a journal, why the established SaaS journals miss it, and the suggested weekly review loop. Article is in /guides/ and the journal itself is at journal.basiscalc.xyz.

  2. Cross-linked to journal.basiscalc.xyz — trading journal joins the toolkit

    Added homepage card, footer link, and inline tool/guide CTAs pointing at the sibling trading-journal app. /about links the two properties via Person schema sameAs. Journal deployment and its reverse links are a separate work stream.

  3. Hyperliquid venue data re-verified (corrections applied)

    Bi-weekly spot-check against app.hyperliquid.xyz surfaced three drifts from the Slice 1 values: BTC-PERP max leverage 50 → 40, taker fees 0.035% → 0.045% each side, and MMR schedule replaced with a flat 1.25% (per the docs formula: half the initial margin at max leverage). Venue JSON and the Slice 1 test suite updated accordingly; all 22 tests remain green.

  4. Slice 2 shipped: GMX v2 calculator, about, legal, changelog, Umami analytics

    Added the GMX v2 liquidation calculator with its own test suite, a 1,500-word GMX mechanics guide, the /about/ author page with wallet verification, /privacy/ and /terms/, and wired self-hosted Umami at analytics.basiscalc.xyz.

  5. Slice 1 shipped: Hyperliquid liquidation calculator and 3,000-word guide

    Launched basiscalc.xyz with the first calculator and its deep-dive guide. 9 vitest cases verified against Hyperliquid live UI; GMX referral wired; sitemap, robots, favicon in place.
